Birth tourism is an abuse of our immigration system. My Citizenship Act with Senator Jim Banks closes that loophole by making clear that people who come here illegally or solely to game our laws are not able to secure birthright citizenship. This should be common sense.

Immigration touches everything—our schools, our healthcare, our cost of living, our housing. It shapes who we are as a country. That’s why mass deportations are not optional.

An immigration system built on endless chain migration is national suicide. One immigrant arrives - then sponsors their spouse, their spouse’s kids, cousins, uncles, grandparents, and more.
