Over the last year, federal judges have ruled on more than 16,000 immigrant habeas cases that determine the legality of their imprisonment. An astounding 88% of their rulings went AGAINST the Trump administration. In other words, 14,000 people have been wrongly and unlawfully imprisoned in just 12 months. A court has already ruled that members have a statutory right to conduct oversight, but now DHS has concocted a bogus reason to keep us out.
