This is our chance to stand on the right side of history, support Ukraine &amp; make clear we oppose Russia’s invasion &amp; its dictator. We’re using our Article I authority to put tough tariffs on Russia, the invader. Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good.

The Pentagon blindsided Poland and pulled an armored brigade out of Eastern Europe while Russia is still waging war in Ukraine. This sends a weak message to Putin and is a slap in the face to our NATO allies. We need answers and accountability from DoD.

Greenland is our ally and threatening an ally is foolish policy, especially when we’d be able to add bases there if we wanted. We sound too much like Putin and it is wrong.

Poland spends nearly 5% of its GDP on defense and has done what we ask of our NATO allies. Blindsiding them while canceling a U.S. armored brigade deployment sends a weak message to Putin and a terrible message to our allies.

We can’t be neutral when it comes to Russia and Ukraine. This is an evil vs good war, and we should stand with the democracy, the victim of an invasion and not the invader. People say they’re pro-Ukraine, but actions speak louder than words.

Pulling out of NATO would be a disaster for decades to come. Our alliances have already been damaged, and trust with our closest partners has been weakened. We need our allies to deter Russia, China, and Iran, and to address threats worldwide. America alone is a weaker America.

Global tariffs are hard on the Midwest and our AG economy. That’s why I forced a vote on the House floor and voted against them. Targeted tariffs against specific bad actors are fine, but global tariffs are bad economics. Thank you Jake Tapper 🦅 The Lead CNN for having me on.

We don't have all the details yet, but it's sounding more like a Russian plan for Ukraine. Negotiating without Ukraine is a lot like Munich 1938. It makes Ukraine weaker &amp; vulnerable to future Russian attacks. It's unacceptable &amp; a surrender to Putin. We must have moral clarity.

This is our Churchill vs. Chamberlain moment. Stand with good or stand with evil. Ukraine is a democracy invaded by a dictator who wants to erase its independence, culture and people. Ronald Reagan would stand with Ukraine and vote yes tonight. He would choose Churchill.

The Baltic states are our closest allies. No one loves America more. They spend more on defense than we do. Cutting their security assistance is wrong and is leading us down a terrible path that will be a black chapter in history. The President is being ill-served by DoD leaders.

Iran is not going to make a deal it plans to keep. This regime hates the United States. Peace comes when the Iranian people are free.

I support negotiations, but we should not act like referees between two equal sides. Ukraine is a democracy under attack. Russia is the aggressor, bombing cities, killing POWs, and kidnapping children. There is a right and wrong here, and we should be clear about it.

We are the leader of the free world and we’ve spent nearly 80 years in that role. I think it would be a grave error to walk away from this leadership role. As it is often said, America is great because we are good. If we ever cease to be good, we’ll also cease to be great.

A Russian victory in Ukraine will cost us more as other nations like Moldova, Georgia, and Azerbaijan could fall next. Ukrainians are doing the fighting, but they need our weapons support to survive. Standing up to bullies is essential for our national security interests.
