A parent shouldn’t have to worry that their child reaching into a cooler accidentally grabs an alcoholic or THC drink that is unclearly labeled. That is why I am introducing the Safe Sips Act, commonsense federal legislation requiring beverages with intoxicating substances to carry a standard, color-coded top so parents and kids can know at a glance what they are picking up.
