You don’t get to shut down the government every time you don’t get your way. House Republicans have passed 12 out of 12 appropriations bills with strong bipartisan support. Now Senate Democrats are threatening yet another shutdown over bills THEY HELPED WRITE, all to appease the far left’s push to defund ICE. That doesn’t keep Americans safe. It’s reckless political theater. Pass the bills. Fund FEMA and TSA. Keep the government open and do the job the American people sent you to Washington to do.
