I won’t mince my words from what I saw at the ICE detention center at Dilley. Today in America, babies and toddlers are imprisoned. Men, women, & children treated like numbers and confined without easy access to basic needs. These are real people navigating profound trauma—and their basic human rights are violated daily. I leave today clear as ever that Congress must immediately close the Dilley prison, free the families, & abolish ICE.

BREAKING: ICE killed a Minnesota woman in broad daylight & there must be accountability. But when I moved to subpoena all records & footage related to this murder, Republicans voted it down. They've never cared about law & order or keeping our communities safe. My heart is with the victim, her loved ones, & the Minnesota community.

What is happening inside the Dilley ICE detention center is state-inflicted trauma. Babies & toddlers caged for weeks. Children developing suicidal ideation. Families being fed expired food & denied medical care. We must close Dilley immediately & free our children.
