The CLARITY Act is a must-pass because crypto cannot operate under rules that were never written for it. Congress needs to clearly define when a digital asset is a security and when it is a commodity, give innovators certainty to build in America, and give regulators clear authority to go after fraud and market manipulation.

The Federal Reserve should not be able to decide who gets access to the payments system based on insider status. If an institution meets the legal standard for a master account, the Fed should not move the goalposts. Our payments system needs competition, transparency, and accountability.
