I put together this analysis. This constitutes homicide. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Two facts are dispositive. First, the driver placed the vehicle in reverse to increase distance between herself and the agent positioned in front of the car. That action is inconsistent with an intent to strike or run over the agent. If the objective were to cause harm, reversing would have been unnecessary and counterproductive. Second, the driver turned the steering wheel to the right, away from the agent. At that point, the agent moved to the left side of the vehicle and was no longer in the vehicle’s path. The threat had dissipated. The agent then leaned over the hood, aimed, and fired. The use of deadly force was not reactive to an imminent threat. It was a discretionary act taken after the threat had ceased. This was not a justified shooting. It was an unlawful killing.

Oh, brilliant—Trump still thinks tariffs are paid by the foreign country. This man genuinely believes China cuts us a check every time he slaps on a tariff. In reality, it’s American businesses and consumers who get stuck with the bill. He’s been in office, made trade policy, and still doesn’t grasp the most basic concept of how tariffs work. This is comedy…Amazon is now listing the extra cost on items because of Trump’s tariffs — and the Trump team is furious that you might actually see the price of his stupidity. Trump’s press secretary, tried to spin it by whining, “Why didn’t Amazon do this when Biden hiked inflation?” Maybe because Biden didn’t “hike” inflation you stable genius — a once-in-a-century global pandemic did, when supply chains collapsed worldwide. Trump’s tariffs, on the other hand, are an active, deliberate policy choice to raise costs right now. They’re not mad at Amazon for being political. They’re mad because the truth is about to slap people in the face every time they check out.
