His Honour 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐌 has permanently stopped—or stayed—the prosecution of an Australian taxpayer and citizen known by the pseudonym of Julie ‘Clark’.
