Mayor Mamdani: "We are starting the public outreach for Bus Rapid Transit. We're gonna be delivering Bus Rapid Transit right here on Flatbush by 2030, and on Church and Utica as well". A subtle, but important (and welcome!) shift in language from the Next Stop plan's commitment to build "Rapid Bus Routes" (undefined) to Bus Rapid Transit (specific treatment).
