Bernal takes 7 players out of the game with one single pass from an awkward body position with the perfect empathy too Balde is the player that gets you the ball the fastest up the pitch. Funny thing? both are 3rd choices for their positions.

Scaloni, in the press conference, spoke about things that happened before the final, but he didn't elaborate on the subject out of respect for the World Cup. Before the match, Messi said: "Come on, boys, let's forget what happened, as if nothing had happened." What happened? What went on? What's this about? Someone should come out and say it. Because it's impossible for the form we saw yesterday to have no reason behind it.

Beating 5-0 in a derby at home is always surreal. So grateful to be a part of this team.

Messi’s ability to get the ball in reachable zones by by-passing it through unreachable angles is still there at 38 years of age. Simply opening up his body by letting his weight onto his support foot. Defenders feel the ball is reachable until it’s not.

Lamine Yamal is as dangerous as it gets, I’ve never seen this much assurance from a player before. In a behind-game-state there’s only one number I’m calling and that’s Lamine’s.

One of the greatest threads on Lamine. Look what Lamine posted on his Instagram story today. How true is that thread to this day?

How Barcelona won the penalty which resulted in the 2nd goal is exactly what I had in the preview thread of the game, this is how you create mis-communications and ‘controlled’ chaos in Atleti’s back-line.

The Puskas goal has been scored in the Romanian goal. I’ve become trending with the tactic of Enrique’s goal-kick, but football still belongs to the players. What tactic/what do you coach a player to try this?

Alvaro Rodriguez doing Alvaro things, what I want from my Barca CF, hold-up play, receiving the ball and finding the wide players, delaying his run to beat the off-side trap and from then that’s just his bread and butter.

There was a rumour pushed by Madrid’s camp that Gavi was ruining dressing rooms and that he was toxic. (because of their Barcelona-phobia). Meanwhile, Gavi has formed a bond and changed everyone’s lives all around him. Even Lewandowski’s with his full stoic mode.

Remember the discourse back in 2024 that Lamine had a finishing problem? Do you also remember RobyPoto telling everybody he doesn’t and that he’ll be more than fine?

With Rodri joining (a natural pivot) Cubarsi’s diagonals won’t have to compensate for the lack of it (normal trajectory), with a normal pivot in Rodri, the distances are shorter and midfield mobility lower, that means Araujo can be revived? Shorter distances —> easier passes —> easier communication.

When you have this available you can't fear no Chelsea, let's be real. Even if they try to suffocate you, the +1 Joan Garica offers you and the Lewandowski hold-up play are too much for them. Quality always overcomes everything.

This guy isn’t real. Brutal performance against the most inform attack in the world at that time. The greatest center-defender prodigy in modern-history, how do you remodel the whole theory of attacking and defending at 17?

We’re giving the greatest teenager defender with the highest zone of influence since Beckenbauer his long desired partner in Bastoni. Cubarsi dropped this at 17 when he burst on to the scene and had no pressure, now imagine him with Bastoni next to him.
