Iran’s attack on US forces in Jordan yesterday reinforces how the US remains in a strategic cul-de-sac. As I discussed w/ Larry Kudlow escalatory strikes combined w/ covert support to elements resisting the regime is what’s required to exit the cul-de-sac & deal w/ a regime unwilling to compromise. This seems to be the direction President Donald J. Trump is headed.
