If you think pollution is limited to Delhi-NCR, you're wrong. After traveling about 200kms from Delhi-NCR will you find some clearer weather... I experienced it myself when I visited Uttarakhand a few days ago.. The problem of pollution is not just of Delhi, it is of entire North India, and Modi has not done a single thing about it in the last ten years.
