One of the things I’ve struggled with this year is my weight, due to a new medication. I’ve always been someone who loves food, but after going on birth control for the first time in 10+ years I gained 25 pounds in less than 3 months. The birth control was one attempt to help with my severe PMDD symptoms, but sadly it didn’t work AND caused my cravings to skyrocket. After doing a full 3 month test my doctor and I decided to try other treatment options for PMDD. A big reason for that decision was because my body fat percentage was quickly nearing 40% and was starting to cause other health issues. I’ll be completely honest, I lost a lot of motivation in the months after gaining the weight. It became seemingly impossible to get back to where I was just 6 months ago. How could it go downhill so quickly? I am proud to report, however, that after 3 months of changing my mindset and focusing on myself I have lost 7 of those 25 pounds. I am finally going to the gym consistently again, eating the correct amount of calories per meal (except on big film days 😅), and have been spending more time with people who lift me up. I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in over a year I’m really starting to feel like myself again. Thank you to all of you who’ve been on this wild and incredible journey with me all these years 😘

This is disgusting. I was filming a video comparing Lunchables to Lunchly and was shocked when I opened ‘The Pizza’ Lunchly. The cheese had MOLD! The expiration date was still 2 months away! I’ve been seeing a lot of negative comments about my weight recently I and wanted to address them directly. As many of you know, I suffer from severe PMDD. It is a disorder that drastically affects my day to day life and requires multiple specialists as well as an always changing and detailed health regimen to manage. I have good weeks, bad weeks, and horrible weeks, which is just what living with PMDD is like. One treatment option we tried was a new birth control that is FDA approved to help with PMDD symptoms. Unfortunately, it did not work for me and also caused me to gain 25 pounds in under 3 months. We are moving to try new treatments. While gaining the weight wasn’t intentional, I am learning to love my new curves while I focus on my health. Commenting on someone’s weight, especially when you don’t know what they’re going through, is pointless and cruel. All that said, the vast majority of you have always been loving and supportive of me. You are the people who inspire me and that I appreciate fully. Beauty has always come in all shapes and sizes. Thank you. 💕

Had a lot of #MrBeast fans spread the lie that I was faking the moldy LUNCHLY vid and would never post the full clip with no cuts. Well, here you go. I'm sure they will still not believe this is real, but maybe the dozens of other videos online showing moldy mozzarella cheese in Luchly's will convince them. Again, please be careful eating these if you have them.
