Of course, Deva Bhau coordinated the efforts, but the Bihar govt helped them to the best of its ability. This is said by a Marathi woman herself in the video, “Bihari ke log bahut achhe hain” I don’t want to take this occasion to be vindictive, it just warms my heart though.
