I came out of this interview and messaged my close friend Katie saying, “I’ve just done an interview in London, and they were such lovely people. So kind.” She replied, “That’s good Jack. We like nice people.” It really made me think. I’ve done interviews in the past where I haven’t always been treated particularly well, so this was the complete opposite. This was one of the best interviews I’ve ever done. It felt genuinely refreshing to talk about sobriety and education with people who are on the opposite side of the system. They were thoughtful, respectful and incredibly kind, and I walked away feeling grateful for the conversation.

EXC: I asked Robert Jenrick about Idan Ofer, the second wealthiest man in Israel, who has financially supported him and also provides infrastructure for the IDF. I’m in the process of identifying the member of his team who pushed me. I believe they were not part of his security.

I have parted ways with Reform UK. On 19 January, I resigned my membership. It was coming for a while, with many factors at play, including a lack of communication, liars in the party, and disagreement with some of their views but definitely not all. I am politically homeless now

It’s been the worst year of my life, and I’m only 19. Tragic things have happened, and I’m battling addiction and paying the consequences now. I’m grateful to be on the right track. Thanks to Wayne Lineker for the idea, and best wishes on your journey too mate. Have a great 2026.
