We're delivering 2,500,000 more NHS dentist appointments - and the biggest sustained increase in dental school places since 2007, with a dental school in every region. Lots done, lots more to do on NHS Dentistry - incl. reforming dental contract - but we're making progress.

The most common hospital admission for 5-9yo children in England is for tooth decay! A truly Dickensian state of affairs. So we're taking action - 700,000 new dentist appointments, ending 'dental deserts', supervised toothbrushing for 3-5yos, and reforming the dental contract.

"Sorry" seems to be the hardest word, for those who left NHS Dentistry to rot. We're turning things around, with *1,800,000 additional* NHS dental appointments across 6 months in 2025, vs. pre-election.

We've achieved more in 14 weeks than the Tories managed in 14 long years. We're delivering 2m more hospital appts, 1000 more GPs &amp; a fair pay agreement for care workers. And crack teams of clinicians are busting the backlog - taking the best of the NHS to the rest of the NHS.

We said that we'd bring back the family doctor, and that's what this Labour Government is doing with today's new £889m reform-driven investment in GP surgeries. General Practice is the front door of the NHS. The Tories broke it, we’re fixing it.

NEW TODAY £1.4bn of contracts with Rolls Royce are available to businesses who want to help deliver new nuclear on #Anglesey - thanks to UK Labour Government support. Building the UK’s first small modular reactors will bring thousands of jobs to North Wales.

Yesterday we had a 3 hour debate on primary care, and heard not a word of humility or contrition from the Tories. Where was their apology for 14 years of bringing our NHS to its knees??? Labour will get our health &amp; care service back on its feet, and fit for the future.

From now on patients can request GP appts online, 8am-6.30pm. Big step towards ending 8am scramble👍 Many GPs already offer this, yet the BMA is threatening to oppose… We will not let the forces of conservatism turn our NHS into a museum. We will always stand up for patients
