I always said this but black me would drag me. Women are women. No mater what color they are. Black women are straight forward, but white women have a strategic plan. She may be loyal, but she got a plan for ya and she willing wait long enough to get what she want and leave.

I agree. I rarely be liking niggas. Do you know how hard it is to get those butterflies feelings at my big age than it was as a teenager and in my 20s?? It’s rare that I like a man. Physical touch isn’t my love language but if I’m serious about a man, I’ll definitely do my best to be affectionate, but in all actually, I am a sapiodemisexual.

Tech CEOs swear Americans are “lazy” or “unqualified,” yet rush to hire overseas workers on H1B visas while refusing to invest in training Americans for the same roles. Then people bring up stats like “only 1.6% of 36,000 Indian IT students passed an IT assessment”. So clearly this isn’t about nationality or who’s magically smarter. It’s clear that corporations want the cheapest labor possible. They don’t want to pay market salaries, train entry-level Americans, or build long-term talent pipelines here. If these companies can spend time onboarding and training H1B workers, why can’t they do the same for Americans trying to break into tech?
