Doing my exercise this evening cycling from Kololo summit view I met a Police Patrol Vehicle on duty around the Kololo Independence Grounds and challenged the chaps to 30 push-ups and one of the most senior ones obliged and off we went 30 plus and I think I did 35. He went on and yes I am slightly older. Jolly good fellow and great mood. He had his magazines on his chest! 👌👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👌

I prefer nature to visiting Dubai. This was in west Nile. I took my children to see how beautiful this country is. Also see nature and see a very different side to life. As a family we appreciated the road network and how blessed we are for which we thank God. Amen

Fasting will stop me from my preparation for the 7 hills Kampala run. I love the spin bike because it is a complete work out for the lungs heart and legs! Minutes away from breaking of the fast this evening I am spining and tweeting. I finish 07:03pm shower then break my fast!
