Then Internet was shutdown and protestors stopped getting any information from organisers. This added to chaos. This is what police deliberately did at Jantar Mantar CJP protest. Then this DCP destroyed the very loudspeaker system through which Dipke was communicating & managing the crowd. And Everyone became clueless. He is the same DCP Lamba who was caught on camera slapping the girl. Look at his body language & conduct, he himself is enough to instigate protestors.
