If CEB is now making profits shouldn't the general public enjoy the benefits first? After all, CEB became profitable as the subsidies were removed, not because CEB became a more efficient organisation. To top it off, CEB has so far not been able to submit the tariff revisions. It will be interesting to see what the government does with the demands made by their loyal member who incidentally also appeared on their National List nominations.
