When Jolani took over Syria and his cadres began their campaign against the Kurdish people - they stated that the SDF produced 120.000 bpd from the Rmeilan oil fields alone. Today the Syrian Government states that they are only producing around 100.000 bpd across all fields in Syria. In 2025 - Syria suddenly became a net exporter of crude oil, selling a total of 1.1 million barrels - today Syria imports +200k bpd from Iraq. In 2026 - *experts on Syria* proclaimed that Syria is set to become a major energy supplier and hub for Europe. Today, Syria is bankrupt. Fuel prices and prices of consumer goods are rising significantly while the Syrian people suffer from an economic crisis; majority living in poverty. For how long will the Syrian people continue to believe these ridiculous numbers that the government feeds to them?

This is what it boils down to - there isn’t a great arc of unity or peace. The Syrian Government Forces entering the Kurdish Areas are openly being extremely hostile to the Kurdish people and identity. This is the guard of a Syrian Minister evident by the civilian armoured vehicles; even the most disciplined Syrian Government Soldiers are openly showing off their hostility to the Kurdish people.

His other comrade reiterates that they’re Syrians and finally Sipan states proudly that „we have liberated this land from ISIS“ Today - in spite of the clear moral position that Sipan has shown - The Syrian tribes slit his throat in broad daylight and are celebrating this. The tribes glorify this criminal act by saying that it was justice - accusing Sipan of carrying out crimes himself; providing no evidence for their claims. There has not even been a complaint or lawsuit.

The pagers attack in Lebanon; where huge numbers of Hezbollah fighters have been injured when their pagers exploded after receiving a message is among the craziest things I have seen in this new generation of warfare. Reportedly, the Israeli intelligence send a message to the pagers which shortened the batteries of the pagers, causing them to explode. Another, less Tom Clancy‘ish explanation would be that these fighters all belonged to the same unit and someone sabotaged them (assuming here that pagers are routinely collected, stored and distributed; which would mean that pagers were distributed this morning; perhaps it’s a mix of both). Reuters initially visually confirmed at least 10 Hezbollah fighters to be injured - Al Jazeera reports hundreds of wounded Hezbollah fighters; social media is currently being flooded with images.

In the middle of it all, the Houthis have launched a new offensive. Starting with a barrage of ballistic missiles (14) and drones - Houthi forces advanced against Saudi backed Yemeni Forces. At the current stage, the Houthis were able to advance on the highways and harass the KSA-Yemen forces there; but they have not yet consolidated their positions. The Houthi are seeking to advance into the mountains to the east while also trying to seize the city from both sides - if successful they could exert massive pressure on the KSA-Yemeni area in the north. The Bab al Mandeb strait may become under the control of the Houthis, should the offensive continue. Roughly two months ago Saudi Arabia carried out airstrikes against the airport of Hodeidah to deter a plane from Iran from landing - rumoured to have had IRGC advisers on board.

Turkish fans paraded throughout Berlin chanting far right Turkish slogans and showing off the fascist grey wolves salute - the German police had to intervene several times. Booing at Dutch players every time they touched the ball - attacking football fans from the Netherlands at several public viewing events throughout Germany. I’m very glad that this display of unsportsmanlike behaviour, arrogance and fascisms has been punished with a crushing 2:1 defeat by the Netherlands.

Large protests alongside clashes with security forces in Syrias Deirezzor, Raqqah and Hassakeh provinces. Outraged by the Syrian government announcing another government mandated increase of fuel prices - right before the winter season as people are about to restock their fuel supplies. The protests began small with small groups blocking the M4 highway to prevent oil tankers from driving across Syria which then escalated as the protests quickly grew bigger and government officials began to intervene; deploying MOI forces there which prompted the protestors to open fire on the MOI forces. A government delegation also arrived there - with a large motorcade of US made luxury vehicles - which fuelled the anger of the protesters further. Additional price increases are expected - higher fuel prices will affect every consumer good in Syria; especially bread prices are to be watched and could dramatically affect the current social climate.

Al Jazeera confirms in their live coverage of the events in Aleppo the presence of ISIS fighters amongst the forces of the Syrian Government of the Jolani led Syrian Administration. These ISIS fighters are not wearing the uniform of the Syrian Governments military apparatus nor do they bear any other insignia. The STG is using ISIS fighters as paramilitary forces to attack the Kurdish neighbourhoods in Aleppo - they did the same at the Syrian coast, where that massacred the Alawite minority and in Suweida where they massacred the Druze minority.
