It is illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. The vast majority of Americans agree that photo ID should be required to vote. Why do some people in Washington oppose this simple measure to secure our elections?

The only secret to passing the SAVE America Act is time and willpower. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed after a 72 day filibuster. After only 6 days on the Senate floor, Democrats are already looking for an exit. Don’t let up.

The Senate is about to throw 7 billion dollars of your money at earmarks for aid to illegals, puberty blockers for kids, and charging stations for electric vehicles, among other things. Remember when every Republican bragged about supporting DOGE?

It’s been over two years since the assassination attempt against President Trump that took the life of Corey Comperatore and severely wounded others in Butler, PA. The American people still seek answers about Thomas Crooks.

Chuck Schumer and other Democrats have insisted that they actually support Voter ID—they just object to other parts of the SAVE America Act. Well, Senator Jon Husted just asked unanimous consent to pass ONLY the Voter ID portion of the bill. Democrats blocked it.

Thank you President Trump! Americans want voter ID and proof of citizenship to secure our elections!

All states issue Drivers Licenses to non-citizens. 19 states issue them to illegal immigrants. Some have already legalized non-citizen voting at the local level. There are 30 million non-citizens in America. This is all headed in one direction. Unless we SAVE America.

There are 27 weeks left in the year. The Senate is scheduled to be in recess for 16 of them. Nothing beats filibustering obstruction like taking away vacation days…

Last night, the Senate voted to blow a $200 billion hole in the Social Security Trust fund, hastening its insolvency. I raised a budget point of order to stop this foolish course of action. 29 Republicans joined me.

If everyone is family, no one is family. If everything is urgent, then nothing is urgent. If anyone can illegally exercise a right of American citizenship, like voting—then American citizenship means nothing.

We have two options: 1) Force a Democrat talking filibuster, beat it, &amp; pass SAVE America, full DHS funding, &amp; other priorities. 2) Nuke the filibuster &amp; pass everything. I prefer option 1. But inaction is unacceptable.

“We don’t need the SAVE America Act because illegal voting is against the law.” That’s like saying we don’t need cops because crimes are already illegal.

FISA 702 enables warrantless surveillance of American citizens, and has been abused to sweep up their private communications. Can we effectively monitor foreign bad actors while preserving the 4th Amendment at home? From today’s Judiciary hearing with FBI Director Kash Patel:

The Senate often considers complex, divisive issues. Protecting the votes of American citizens is not one of them. It is a simple task, and the American people are united: Pass the SAVE America Act.

The SAVE America Act, passed by the House of Representatives and supported by a majority of Americans across the country, has garnered 50 votes in the US Senate. The only thing standing between us and victory is hard work.

The American Bar Association is a left wing advocacy group, and the Trump administration is right to end the ABA’s privileged relationship with the federal government and accreditation role for law schools.
