I’ve decided not to run for re-election to the Senate in 2026. This job has been the honor of a lifetime. For the rest of my term, I’ll work as hard as I can for Minnesotans and our country. Thank you so much, Minnesota.

A South Dakota woman had to take an ambulance to Minnesota just to obtain a potentially *life-saving* abortion. She suffered because Republicans packed the Supreme Court with justices who would overturn Roe. What do they want next? A national abortion ban.

DHS investigating itself is outrageous and clearly an attempt to cover up what actually happened.

“Do you think people who take anti-depressants are dangerous?" The answer is no. Another of RFK Jr’s fringe ideas. The HHS Secretary should be fighting the stigma around mental health not fanning the flames of conspiracy theories.

I’m angry about Musk’s power grab too. I hear you. I see your letters and hear your calls. I’m putting pressure on Republicans and you should be too. We’re going to use every tool in our toolbox to organize and fight this. More to come — stay tuned.

The Senate is filled with former Members of Congress, Governors, Lt. Governors… all fine and honorable professions. But there aren’t many who came here as organizers like @SenLaphonza did. Laphonza, it’s been an honor to serve with you. I'm excited to see what you do next.
