POE II is sick. I've had a fun time playing it, but I don't think it's really tuned for hardcore right now. Many of the POE pros warned me that it wasn't going to be, but we went as far as we could. It feels a LOT like ruthless from POE, which is not necessarily a good thing, but it's probably better off like this as they pump things up in the future. More HC Rogue in wow today, we just hit a huge power spike and going to run some big dungeons today.

Deep Desert has had a lot of really exciting moments this past week. These guys tried taking out our assault thopter packed with spice on the way back to the mainland and tried to raid our outpost. This guy lost a lot in the end. That all being said, I'm concerned about more casual players being able to reach Tier 6 tech and being forced to pvp for it. Some servers are pretty scary. I think instanced but very challenging dungeons with a cache of T6 nodes at the end would be a good solution. They have the framework with the world map for things like this and it could work well. I only mention "instanced" dungeons because I've seen how trivial PVE content became in New World with open world end game chests and resources. People would do world tours and zerg it all down. I love PVP and the Deep Desert has been great, but I'm concerned casuals will gas out getting tech locked and being forced to PVP for a taste of Tier 6 research recipes.

One of the hardest steps to take related to gaming and streaming is firing up a new game, for me at least. I was really hesitant to do that with New World this time around, but I just said screw it and launched the thing. I promised myself as soon as I ran into a wall where things became unfun I would swap games, and it hasn't happened yet. Maybe soon, but enjoying it for the moment and a LOT at that. Also good morning, gave Igor a bath and trimmed his nails this morning. He's a happy boy, cya soon for the Halloween event in NW.
