Women empowerment isn’t just about talking it’s about action ! That’s why I visited the school to engage with young girls and support them through my foundation I Am Human It was truly special to spend time with these bright young girls during the first edition of the Hey Girl School Tour, founded by my dear sister Miriam U Mensah . Listening to their dreams, encouraging them to believe in themselves, and reminding them that education is one of the most powerful tools they have to shape their future was unforgettable. Through the I Am Human Foundation, we supported school fees to ensure that opportunity is never limited by circumstance. Every girl deserves the chance to learn, grow, and become everything she was created to be. HAPPY DEPORTATION ANNIVERSARY TO ME 🥳❗️ One year ago, I faced the unimaginable—imprisonment and deportation because I spoke up for the people of Ghana. 🇬🇭 The false allegations, the public embarrassment and my life being turned completely upside down was one of the most challenging things I have experienced. But instead of letting adversity define me, I transformed it into a source of strength. And today, one year after my deportation I celebrate my resilience and the journey that has shaped me. I lost a lot but I also : *became a spokesperson & coördinator for the international organisation of transport and logistics in Ecosoc- African Union *women and youth representative for the AU Aga/Apsa program *won prestigious awards for my advocacy *won my courtcase in the ECOWAS court against the State of Ghana *appeared in many international news outlets and platforms to speak about my story *launched my own foundation, ‘I Am Human.’ Just in one year time. I believe that my story is a testament to the power of perseverance and the relentless pursuit of justice. And I want to inspire every single person to never give up.❤️ God will use bad circumstances to redirect your life for the better, He will turn a setback into a bigger comeback - the scapegoat will become the GOAT. 🐐 Today I celebrate life. #ShalimarAbbiusi #Resilience #IAmHuman #Ghana #spokesperson #ghana🇬🇭
