Autechre Guitar is out today! This has been a truly magical time. From the making of this record, to seeing how many people it has connected with, and now as it leaves the nest. I’ve never experienced anything like it. 🙏

“Slip” by Autechre. From their 1994 album Amber. This main riff is a 29 beat cycle over a 4/4 beat. So the beat “slips” when the accent shifts and the melody seems like it never repeats. I plan to develop this more. Support my efforts here: ✌️

“Avril 14th” 2025. For those who celebrate. Thank you Aphex Twin for the timeless piece of music. Once you become the bearer of a beloved piece of repertoire, it grows and changes with you. It is new with each performance. And you can never stop visiting it. Music is magic. 🌸
