Fun fact: Patricia's brother Robert, aka Alexis, rejected his "trans identity" at the end of his life. He stopped “presenting” as a woman, said “gender is bull-shit" and that surgery cannot change biology. But why bother acknowledging the truth when you use your brother's sad life to score easy status points for yourself in Hollywood?
