MLB Pipeline’s 30th ranked prospect in the class, here are his scouting grades: Hit: 55 | Power: 55 | Run: 55 | Arm: 50 | Field: 45 | Overall: 50 Via Over-Slot: “At present, Rose is a hit-over-power left field prospect with sneaky raw power and plus speed.
