This is a Bitcoin mining heated driveway snow melt system. So far, its the biggest I'm aware of. It's about 300' long and utilizes 12 S21 Pro machines in immersion fluid, which heat glycol through a set of brazed plate heat exchangers. The 3/4" PEX is closely spaced and uninsulated so that it has maximum efficiency as a heat dump for mining ops, when desired. It also allows the machines to run at their lowest practical temperature to meet the utilitarian purpose..... snow melt, home heat, and water pre-heating. This mining system is a heat core with amazing secondary uses.

Bitcoin mining as a source of heat is reality. It is comfortable and easy to install. This is a Fog Hashing Bitcoin boiler for 6 machines running on Braiins OS rated for 24kW or 81,000 BTU/hr, which will generate approximately $33 to $66 per day worth of Bitcoin depending on the type of miners installed. Here's how it works:

This Bitcoin "boiler" with older s19j Pros replaces the traditional electric or propane "dumb" heating components. It consumes 18kW/hr and produces heat at 60k BTU/hr and generates about $900/mo gross production. The owner considers heating cost unavoidable, so his end result is $900 in the black, and Bitcoin he never would have received from other heating appliances. The fluid tank is a legacy Fog Hashing B6 tank.

If you use resistive electric to heat, it's always more cost effective to mine Bitcoin to provide the warmth. Living spaces, water, hot tubs, snow melt systems, etc. This is what the components of a "roughed in" Bitcoin mining home heating system looks like.
