there is a towering presence in the hub world

uploaded a new youtube video covering the progress on the stage so far in slightly higher quality it still needs some work on the visual end and some more enemies but other than that I'm pretty satisfied with how it's coming out link in 🧵

doing nothing noteworthy (all wip like usual)

recorded this in engine again hopefully the quality doesnt shit itself

new stage w.i.p this one is crazy unfinished but I don't have anything better to show off rn so

thats a cool view

gameplay test thing i recorded this in engine the video quality is 100% gonna take the shitter

gamble your entire ring worth (?) to get one crystal

it's a little less rough now, lighting's kinda overblown but it's coming along nicely

always some bizarre bug like why doesn't a chunk of the map load

sorry for the silence, things have been going slow on my end (like they always do when a new school year starts but whatever) there's been some progress made in the free time I had, here's one of them (it's a wip you know the drill by now) i hope twitter doesnt kill the quality

ok so I lingered on that for a sec and cobbled together a showcase of what's done with the (first) hub world so far, full showcase in the thread nothing here is finished but given Christmas is coming soon and I have no new demo ready, I figured I could put this out instead

attempting something interesting

it's Sonic's 35th birthday I don't have anything cool prepared for it sadly (still exam stuff, but I'll be done with it soon so I'm hoping I can resume soon), but I figured I could do a short clip of me running around the hub world, it's better than nothing I suppose lol

they're still cool

said full level's blockout is mostly complete now, and I took over to add the cool cameras™ into the stage. Of course it's far from finished, but I figured it would be cool to show off what's done so far (there's a yt vid of it in the replies case twitter murders the quality)
