This play was after the back to back to back Carr dunks. Scott just gets over the rim for what I believe is his first career in game yam in college and Cam Ward and the rest of the bench rush out to hype him up. This is the good stuff man.

MSU completes the 3-0 home sweep on the back of an efficient 23-4-10 from Fears and 16-10 from Kohler. D continued to be suffocating until the offense got going. Scott/Teng’s perimeter shotmaking was desperately needed to shake the lid loose and Spartans roll out to the W Coast.

I’m sad. Great push in the second half and ran out of steam. Can’t spot a top 5 team 16 PTS and expect to win even at home. Jeremy planted his flag time for the rest of the team to follow. Room to grow still. Go Green!

Finally finished the rewatch of the IL game. Most complete team win against a REAL opponent all yr. Great DEF game plan against Wagler (Scott 🔥), timely rebounding (Jax 😤), clutch shot making, & superstar moments from Fears. Need to back it up tonight on the road. Go GREEN!!!

Finally got to the rewatch and the unsung hero was Jordan Scott. Ended up as the majority primary defender on the leagues leading scorer in Wilkerson and gave up a single 3PTer while checking him. Team high +24, 11 PTS, 3/4 from deep (now 9/18 in B1G play) 2 STLs, 2 forced TOVs.

Always gonna rock with my PG1 but he cost the team the game in this one. No place for it and it impacted winning. Play hard, play physical, cut out the extra BS. Have to stop the bleeding with a huge matchup on Saturday. Find a way to regroup at home. Go Green!

The most impressive part of Teng’s shotmaking is how little space he needs to get it off. Love someone to pull Synergy#s on contested 3s because it feels like his % goes up with a hand in the face. The gravity/spacing he’s commanding has a trickle down for Fears in a big way too.

Took it on the chin! Wisconsin was just the better team in every aspect tonight and MSU couldn’t find the stops and firepower to climb back in. Short memory on this one. UCLA in the house and Mick will play us tough. Regroup. Keep getting better.
