That pass against AC Milan to Cole was almost number 10 territory. It deserved an assist. His finishing still needs work, but there is clearly a player there. The bigger issue is his place in the pecking order. If Alonso continues to favour Welbeck and Joao Pedro, can Jackson really accept being the third choice striker? I’d still keep him over Emegha.
