Ten years ago, James Delingpole was speaking out. He was scolded, mocked, interrupted—treated like the mad one in the room. The rather lively young woman beside him, Nelufar Hedayat, went on to work for the BBC, Channel 4, Netflix, and The Guardian. Brutal when you watch it all back.

Peter Kyle MP from the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool moments ago: "Let me start by making something absolutely crystal clear: I will implement the Employment Rights Bill in full." What you might not know... Clause 20 of that Bill quietly introduces a seismic shift in employer liability. If passed, employers would become legally responsible for the "harassment" of their staff by third parties—customers, clients, patients, patrons, or members of the public. And—as you could probably guess—the definition of "harassment" in our tribunals is already so vague and expansive it could mean practically anything. Take a recent example: In May, an NHS worker was awarded £28,989.61 in compensation after colleagues compared her to Darth Vader, because it was deemed to cause “detriment.” So pub owners could be held liable for jokes made by their own customers, even if they didn’t hear them, didn’t condone them, and couldn’t have reasonably prevented them. Any joke/remark that relates to race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, etc. is simply off the table. One offhand comment, if deemed “harassment", could then expose a business to a tribunal claim, legal costs, and potentially tens of thousands in compensation. In short, what was framed as a bill to reform workers' rights has morphed—if passed—into policy that turbo-charges the Equality Act and, by extension, creates another mechanism to ultimately censor speech. Labour governance without the mask...

Eight years ago, Labour MP Lucy Powell was asked about Islamist radicalisation in Manchester following the arena bombing. 22 people were murdered at the Ariana Grande concert, including an 8-year-old girl. Want to guess what Powell did? She expressed frustration at Andrew Neil's question, declaring that it wasn't the right time to have that conversation. Ask yourself: had it been a white Nazi who walked into that concert and detonated the bomb, would we see such restraint? We'd have likely heard what we always hear—"the far right", online disinformation, Farage's rhetoric, etc. Powell would go on to rise through the ranks of the Labour Party. Now, she’s tipped to become deputy leader.

Dominic Cummings' soon-to-be viral comments on the grooming/r*pe scandal: "Normally, the cliche in Whitehall that it's a cock-up not a conspiracy is generally true. The one big exception I would say is regarding child abuse, where there are actually multiple conspiracies constantly and largely successful"

Kate Garraway is one of the leading breakfast show presenters in the UK. The show she hosts reaches an average of 5.4 million viewers a week. Days ago, she decided to exercise caution in determining the motive of the Synagogue terrorist suspect. She even said: “we still don't know his motive or his religion”. This was after the attacker’s name, literally called “Jihad”, was released and the obvious fact that he targeted a Jewish place of worship. (Now we know the terrorist called 999 during the attack and said "I have killed two Jews in the name of the Islamic State.”) Skip back to last year during the Southport unrest and she took a very different tact. After a guest described both protestors and rioters as “far-right fascists,” did Garraway pause for thought? Did she challenge the guest? No she nodded along and hummed in agreement (skip to the end to see). She treated the topic of motive with next to no caution. A later His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Fire and Rescue Services report found the causes of the Southport unrest to be varied. Ranging from “social deprivation” to “decreasing trust and confidence in policing”, the watchdog made it clear: no far right group organised the unrest. So she condemns one group based on assumption, yet gives careful restraint for another, even amid far clearer evidence. It's two-tier reporting and we're sick of it.

More has come out about Penelope Endersby—the Chief Executive of the Met Office: For those unfamiliar, the Met Office is a government executive agency and trading fund responsible for recording and predicting weather and climate conditions across the UK. Its data is routinely used by the media and government to shape headlines, steer public perception, and justify policy. It’s central to the entire climate narrative. It has just been discovered, after facing mounting accusations of data manipulation, that Endersby’s team has quietly deleted large portions of their objectively inaccurate datasets—without so much as a small announcement. The latest example is Lowestoft. The Met Office had insisted its temperature records for the area were reliable, based on data from four nearby monitoring stations. It all sounded fine, that is, until journalist Ray Sanders found all four stations had been closed for some time. In short, they didn't exist. But rather than issue a correction or explanation, the Met Office has simply scrubbed the data. Even more enraging... When Sanders previously submitted an FOI request simply asking for the names of certain stations, the Met Office rejected it, calling the request “vexatious”. That’s a publicly funded body—receiving tens of millions a year—blocking a simple question from a member of the public because they decided it was designed to cause “annoyance”. Endersby might as well be the poster girl of the murky, negligent, and outright arrogant quango complex we constantly find ourselves battling against. We can't get these folks out quick enough.

Following the Manchester Airport attack, a group of masked individuals tried to smash the windows of Rochdale Police Station... They also threw missiles at the building, thought to be eggs. Footage of the event circulated on X and TikTok for all to see. The weird thing was, there seemed to be a near total blackout in the media. The BBC didn't mention the violence, nor did Sky, The Guardian, ITV, etc. They instead focused on claims of "institutional racism". And there doesn't appear to be any police reports on the event either. So just submitted an FOI request to Greater Manchester Police asking for incident reports, details on the investigation (if there was one), and whether any individuals were identified, cautioned, or arrested. Could prove to be yet another painful case of two-tier policing...

In case you missed it... 6 days ago, the The New Culture Forum team released a first of its kind documentary on the rise of sexual assaults across Europe. It took months for them to comb through the data but once it was done, the results were clear... And it served as one hell of a wake up call. Here was the most damning segment:

Starmer also said that he refrained from commenting on Rudakubana for "justice", and "law of the land"... Why then did he speculate on motive and label those protesting/rioting as "far right"? They hadn't yet been tried. The police hadn't investigated. The CPS hadn't built their cases. Did this not arguably prejudice proceedings for those who didn't plead guilty? His supporters will most likely argue that his comments on the protestors were in general and not on a specific case but the principle still stands. Seems very two-tiery.

What if someone told you the Muslim Civil Service network was not only trying to specifically recruit more Muslims into the civil service but... That its members are already actively opposing and undermining policies set by our democratically MPs.

What if someone told you that Sir Sadiq Khan and Sir Mark Rowley's Metropolitan Police not only unlawfully detained non-violent Southport protestors last year... But some attendees like Alex Smith have since successfully sue the force for the actions they took that day. Slowly but surely, it's all coming out.

Just the Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police John Robins… on a Saudi-state tied TV channel… who's called for discrimination against white recruits. In the interview, he proudly announced an “education programme” — targeting kids as young as 6—focused on things like “hate crime.” This was in late January 2023. So not only he has endorsed racial discrimination but he's presumptively been in the classroom arguably indoctrinating kids too. Curiously couldn't find any other interviews he did with UK-based channels... Iqraa TV's professed aim is to present "the true moderate face of Islam". That same state that's tied to the channel? Built on Sharia law. A country where freedom of speech, women’s rights, and non-Islamic religions face brutal restriction. Former Met Police detective Dominic Alder recently spoke out about the prevalence progressive politics in British policing. A lot of it came from the antiracist activism in the 80s. And by the mid-2000s, it'd morphed into a monster... Any ambitious officers unwilling to play nice rarely reached National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) rank—the policing equivalent of army brigadier or higher. This influenced senior-level decision-making nationwide: policies set in London quickly spread to other forces. With strong incentives to conform, free-thinking officers stepped back, leaving the rest vulnerable to groupthink. Note Robins is on about £209,139 per year according to reports—a rather nice wage he was probably unlikely to get if he didn't play 'nice'.

More on the Warwickshire Police sexual assault charge "cover up"... Chief Constable Alex Franklin-Smith has claimed that his force withheld the asylum seeker background of the suspects because of “national guidance”. The only thing is, there is no official national guidance. No statutory rules about disclosing the ethnicity or immigration status of a suspect. The decision to disclose that info appears to be at the discretion of the individual chief constables. Which makes sense as we saw Merseyside Police releasing that info within hours after the horrific Liverpool FC parade attack. In other words, it looks like Franklin-Smith not only personally chose to withhold the asylum seeker backgrounds of suspects... But he's also now lying about it. Reform UK council leader George Finch publicly disclosed their backgrounds. It's thanks to him that we know of the allegations and are more informed. Here is Franklin-Smith back in March visiting a Muslim Community Centre, where he gave a speech, participated in a fast breaking meal, and talked with members to "determine" future strategy.
