So Ally Carter talks about contracts with code words that can literally control a trafficked child and even “turn them off” like a remote. I made this video months ago and described notes, or papers with the different codes and functions a child is programmed with. And how a child who is programmed under monarch, mkultra, RAMCOA, SRA, etc is trafficked and those codes are handed over to the buyer so they can use the child as a sex slave, or do whatever to them.
