No, Minister, I am not "confused." You've promised to find savings of $60B by 2028-29. Yet, we now have an $80B deficit and the Main Estimates show that 64 departments will spend even more next year. The former PBO was right to call this "stupefying" and "shocking" spending.

In 2023-24, eleven companies received write-offs totaling $1.2 billion from the Liberals. The Income Tax Act as written means that we will never know which companies those are... it could be Brookfield for all we know. While the CRA goes after the little guy – they forgive billions to large corporations. Conservative Bill C-230 will end this practice and will put transparency for taxpayers first.

After the Prime Minister announced a new Canada–China “strategic partnership,” I pressed officials on how Canadians’ data will be protected especially after MPs were directly targeted by PRC-linked cyberattacks. The answers were vague. The accountability was missing. That should alarm every Canadian.
