Mark Carney is trying to convince Canadians that he is capable of replacing $1 trillion dollars worth of trade with the United States. There's just one problem: the deals he has announced so far amount to barely 1% of Canada's trade with the U.S. The gap between the Prime Minister's rhetoric and reality is enormous. When will the Prime Minister do his job and deliver real results for Canadians?

Mark Carney has tried to distract Canadians for months with the lure of "Associate Membership" in the EU. A concept that even European countries have rejected. Canada cannot afford the higher taxes, crippling regulation, and unknown immigration impacts that could come with his ambition for closer integration with the EU. Watch our Conservative reaction to the EU Summit today:

Steven Guilbeault invested $254 million dollars into a company that he owns and this government is failing to comply with Parliament and hand over the documents pertaining to this potentially corrupt activity! Canadians deserve answers and accountability from this scandal plagued Liberal government, when will they hand the documents over to the RCMP? #cdnpoli

Canada, you deserve better than this empty room. Conservatives were going to put forward another motion of non-confidence against this selfish Prime Minister today. Instead, Justin Trudeau chose to prorogue Parliament in order to avoid the very thing that Canadians are clamouring for: an election. #cdnpoli #trudeau #liberals #canada #canadians #Pierre4PM

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Carney’s Liberal government is openly defying a House of Commons motion. In June, MPs voted to recoup the full $64 million wasted on the ArriveCan scandal from GC Strategies. Today, top officials admitted they’re only seeking $198,000 from GC Strategies, just 0.03% of the total. Canadians want their money back. Parliament must be respected.

No, Minister, I am not "confused." You've promised to find savings of $60B by 2028-29. Yet, we now have an $80B deficit and the Main Estimates show that 64 departments will spend even more next year. The former PBO was right to call this "stupefying" and "shocking" spending.

Today the Prime Minister appointed a suite of new Consuls General to posts with our neighbours to the south. As a former Canadian Consul in Dallas, Texas, my message to them is this: Keep your spending in check, and do what you can to help secure a successful CUSMA renegotiation.

You won't believe who the newest Liberal member of the Public Accounts Committee is - floor crosser Michael Ma! This is one of Parliament's most essential oversight committees, and the Liberals COULD NOT WAIT to make a mockery of it by appointing this member.

In 2023-24, eleven companies received write-offs totaling $1.2 billion from the Liberals. The Income Tax Act as written means that we will never know which companies those are... it could be Brookfield for all we know. While the CRA goes after the little guy – they forgive billions to large corporations. Conservative Bill C-230 will end this practice and will put transparency for taxpayers first.

Two CBSA employees came before this Committee to tell the truth about the $54M ArriveCAN boondoggle... and what did they get in return? Suspension without pay! Why is it that in Justin Trudeau's Canada, people who speak the truth always get punished? #ArriveSCAM #cdnpoli
