What do you say to your family when you don’t know if you’ll ever see them again? In February 2022, he told his wife and children the war had begun. Then he left as Russian forces advanced towards Kyiv, unsure what the coming hours would bring. This is President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Before politics, he built a successful career in Ukrainian television as a writer, producer and performer, even portraying a president on screen. In 2019, he was elected President of Ukraine. Three years later, Russia launched its full-scale invasion. Sitting down with him was surreal and an enormous responsibility. It was a rare chance to hear his account of the first hours of the war and the decisions that followed. We discussed things like: How he found out Russia had invaded. Why he refused an offer to evacuate Kyiv. The 64km Russian military convoy advancing towards the capital. How Russian forces tried to capture a key airport. His account of discovering hundreds of bodies after Russian occupation. What he believes it will take to end the war. But I also wanted to understand how he’d been coping. One of my first questions was simply, “How are you doing?” His answer was: “It’s hard.” He spoke about meeting parents whose children had been killed. Some, he explained, simply ask him for a hug. And as he spoke, there were tears in his eyes. Whatever your views on the war or the decisions made by those involved, this is a rare opportunity to hear his account of events that have changed millions of lives. Because behind every map, every headline and every political decision, there are real people. Out now on all platforms ❤️👊🏾 (President Zelenskyy was recorded in Ukrainian and dubbed in English.)

At 12, he was selling bin bags. At 41, his company sold for $5.7 billion. But his journey to becoming a billionaire wasn't straightforward... He was fired from his job, slept on the floor of an apartment with five other people, and spent years building businesses before making his first million. This is Mark Cuban , the billionaire entrepreneur, former Shark Tank investor, and former majority owner of the Dallas Mavericks. Despite his success, Mark continues to teach himself new skills and study emerging industries. He believes that in business, the moment you stop learning is the moment someone else gets ahead. And having built businesses through several major changes in technology, he has a lot to say about what it takes to succeed today. We discussed things like: - The one skill he believes can change your financial future. - His advice for anyone trying to become a millionaire. - Why young entrepreneurs have the wrong idea about success. - What he looks for before investing in a business. - Why he believes another financial bubble is forming. - The real reason he decided to leave Shark Tank. But this conversation went much further than business and making money. We surprised Mark with a letter from his younger brother, Brian, that he'd never read before. As he read it aloud, he became visibly emotional. It led to a much more personal conversation about family, the pressures that come with success, and the moments in life that no amount of money can prepare you for. Mark also spoke about how losing his parents changed the way he thinks about time and why he's made the decision to step away from some of the things he spent decades building. For anyone interested in entrepreneurship, building wealth and what happens when your priorities begin to change, this conversation offers an insight into both the journey to becoming a billionaire and the life that comes after it. Druski opens up about how a call from Drake changed his life: “The thing that changed my life was Drake calling for The Laugh Now Cry Later music video. Brands started to take me seriously, it was no more sending free merch. It wasn’t until then that the real money was coming in. I can’t believe he took a chance on me”

Some mistakes change your life forever. Dr. Sarah Paine calls these “pivotal errors”: decisions that permanently close doors. Think of the lie that means someone never fully trusts you again. You can tell the truth for years afterwards. You still don’t get to decide whether they believe you. Now imagine that at the scale of a country. Sarah spent over 20 years teaching military strategy at the US Naval War College. In our conversation, she explains how this idea applies to the conflicts unfolding around the world today.
