This short order cook is not just handling the eggs the right way during cooking breakfast, but he is handling the whole entire breakfast the right way. This job takes skill in timing everything perfectly. I worked in a hospital kitchen in my 20s. I did every position there was, including cook. For lunch we had the grill open and I had to not only cook for all the patients all by myself, I had to also run the grill all by myself. After I got the hang of it, it was easy. In the beginning it was not. I worked as a waitress before this job, so I knew quite a few tricks to make it easier. I appreciate those who prepare my food more than your average customer. Especially the ones who prepare everything perfectly.
