I’ve just drove past the house that I called home for about 30 years! Being brought up on an estate where we literally had nowt has made me the man I am today. I can’t help but notice how the community spirt seems to have disappeared from estates like this, up &amp; down the land.

Tomorrow my daughter turns 13. I haven’t seen her since March 2019, a week before she turned 6. I always say “helping others helps me” and what I mean by that is this. Not seeing your child is hard, it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever faves but I have learnt to cope. She is my life
