Last night I spotted this car! Full Dark Film & Look At The Number Plate.. Can anyone spot the number? If he hits someone and runs your CCTV Cameras won’t be able to spot the culprit. After a lot of struggle I could figure out this is Pune registered car. When will we wake up being responsible citizens also? Why don’t we follow RTO rules?
