The new rules by Indian Football Team to ban all local private tournaments unless they pay to get permission from district FAs and state FAs ( permission = money ) - no registered players of aiff are allowed to play - imagine if all local footbal tournaments are stopped - where are the players going to be produced -? You fall In love with this game in these local tournaments - there wud be no Minerva Academy Football Club or Punjab FC or @delhifootballclub as ther wud be no ranjit Bajaj - I am here because of the private tournaments 😢 i used to referee to earn pocket money when I was a kid - how can you stop that ??

New AIFF acadmey accredition rules makes it virtually impossible for small academies to even think of participating in the Indian Football youth leagues as its worst than the license raj of the past - we need to make it easier for football academies who are the real grassroots to thrive and not make rules which kill them - and Indian football 🇮🇳😢#youthfootball first they banned local tournaments so thereby killing local clubs and now they are killing academies …
