Another statement calling for the execution of Trump and Netanyahu: Friday prayer preacher in Tehran, Ahmad Khatami, declared: “As a religious scholar who teaches Islamic law, I tell you: the punishment for Trump and Netanyahu is the death penalty.” He further stated: “They have spilled blood — over 55,000 people were killed in Gaza. They also assassinated Qassem Soleimani. They are murderers and mofsed fi al-ard (corruptors on earth) — a crime punishable by death under Islamic law.” “They threatened the Imam (the Supreme Leader) and the people. Fortunately, all religious scholars in Qom and Najaf condemned this. Most recently, Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi also stated that such an act constitutes Muharab — waging war against God and His messenger (which also carries the death penalty).”

📹 The Governor of Iran’s Central Bank, Mohammad Reza Farzin, responded today for the first time to the recent wave of cyberattacks targeting banks in Iran and stated: "Cyberattacks have intensified in recent days, and two banks — Sepah and Pasargad — were targeted. The attack was aimed at disrupting the banks’ IT networks, but our teams at the Central Bank quickly intervened, managed to restore the card payment systems, and the banks resumed operations shortly after." He added that "the entire banking system in Iran has backup infrastructure, and even in the event of a full shutdown, we would still be able to provide services. Over the past ten days, we increased the cash flow to banks by 50%." Farzin further noted that employee salaries at Bank Sepah were paid on time, and a new economic aid package has already been funded and will be distributed to the public soon. In recent days, social media has seen growing discussion around salary payments to account holders at Bank Sepah. Some received their wages through accounts at other banks, while others had them transferred via family members' accounts. According to these online reports, as of today, many Bank Sepah customers still cannot access services through the mobile app or internet banking, and/or are unable to deposit or cash checks. In the next tweet, we’ll share some examples...

📹 Javad Larijani, a conservative Iranian politician and the brother of the Supreme Leader’s advisor, commented on the drone threat — a threat Iran itself has suffered from greatly in its confrontation with Israel — and issued warnings to Trump and Macron: 🗣 "They’re not the only ones with this technology; it will come back to them like a boomerang." 🗣 "Donald J. Trump will no longer be able to sunbathe in Mar-a-Lago; a drone could hit him in the navel." 🗣 "Emmanuel Macron will no longer be able to go to a disco in peace; a drone could easily strike him." The interview was given on June 21, just hours before the American strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities. In that same interview, Larijani warned that U.S. involvement would come at a heavy price — but today’s attack showed otherwise.
