🚨 #BREAKING: One of Six Flags Over Georgia’s largest rides, Goliath, was evacuated after a father was ejected multiple times from the ride, hitting other riders on board before falling off the roller coaster to the ground as his wife watched from below. Guests who shared a car on the Goliath attraction describe the man rising from his seat more than once before being ejected from the train while the ride was in motion. His children were aboard with him; his wife watched helplessly from the ground. Authorities are reviewing the circumstances. More as confirmed.

Adult woman yells at teenage boys driving through her neighborhood. She then throws a full cup of iced tea at them, soaking them and the inside of their truck. That’s the moment it stopped being a disagreement about speed and became an adult assaulting strangers. Her husband comes out, gets in their faces, puts his hands on one of the kids, and tries to order them off a public street like he owns it. The teens push back, call the drink throw what it is, show the wet shirt, and leave. The internet is somehow divided about who was in the wrong. The woman initiated physical aggression. Throwing a drink at people in a vehicle is not “defending the neighborhood.” It’s battery. The husband escalated it further by laying hands on a teenager instead of de-escalating or calling the police if he actually thought a crime had occurred. Neighborhood streets are public. You don’t get to “kick people off” them because their presence or their driving annoys you. Adults are supposed to model the restraint they claim kids lack. If the teens were actually speeding, call the police. What we watched was two grown people deciding that their feelings justified physical confrontation with kids, then getting angry when the kids wouldn’t submit. That’s on them.
