As Ramadan draws to a close, I attended a local Iftar last evening organized by Holy Blossom Temple Temple and IDI GTA. Ramadan reminds us that each day we should welcome faith into our lives so that we can be more compassionate and tolerant of one another. Now more than ever we must stand together in unity around the values that bind our country and province - friendship, respect and standing together! #RamadanMubarak #EidMubarak Samuel Kaye

We promised to put more boots on the ground, and I’m proud to announce today that we’re doing just that! For the first time ever, the Ontario Police College is running two simultaneous intakes — one at the College in Aylmer and another at the Development Centre in Cornwall. This means 121 additional officers will soon be serving our communities, bringing this Fall’s total class size to 641 recruits. Under Premier Doug Ford’s leadership, our government will stop at nothing to protect Ontario and ensure police services have the support they need to recruit, train, and deploy more officers to keep every community safe. I was shocked to see a local synagogue, The Pride of Israel, attacked earlier this morning by vandalism. Any attacks on houses of worship are completely unacceptable. We pride ourselves on our diversity and tolerance. Hate has no place in our Ontario!
