Andy wasn’t the only one growing up. 🥹 TOY STORY 2 (1999) received a nomination for Original Song, “When She Loved Me.” 11 years later, TOY STORY 3 (2010) earned five nominations, winning Oscars for Animated Feature Film and Original Song, “We Belong Together,” while also receiving nominations for Best Picture, Sound Editing and Adapted Screenplay.

Remembering Tim Curry, a legendary performer whose singular talent and unforgettable presence made him an icon across generations. Bold and completely one of a kind, he made every role unmistakably his own, from Dr. Frank-N-Furter in THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW (1975) to Rooster Hannigan in ANNIE (1982) and Wadsworth in CLUE (1985). Last November, we were honored to spend time with him at the Academy Library, celebrating his remarkable career and the lasting impact he's had on film.

Few stars could light up a screen, tell a story through a song, or find their way into our hearts quite like Dolly Parton. Dolly brought something entirely her own to everything she did. She was radiant on screen and in song; she could put a lifetime of feeling into just a few words. And through it all, there was a warmth to Dolly that made her feel wonderfully close to us. A two-time Oscar nominee, Dolly was also honored by the Academy last year with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award, which recognized the extraordinary compassion and generosity she shared so freely with others. We will always love you, Dolly. ❤️
