This was the condition of Jessore Road yesterday evening. Janmashtami procession with deafening DJs, inappropriate Bhojpuri songs, openly drinking & littering on the streets brought the entire road to a standstill. People commuting from their office back home were stranded for 3-4 hrs. Is this really devotion? What kind of culture is Bengal being reduced to? Congratulations Bengalis, you have successfully turned Bengal into Uttar Pradesh in all the wrong ways.
