🎬 FROM BOLLYWOOD & HOLLYWOOD TO TANZANIA Tanzania is officially on the big-screen radar! Indian filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli, the visionary behind RRR and Baahubal, has selected Tanzania and South Africa for his upcoming action-adventure epic, #SSMB29. Starring Mahesh Babu, PRIYANKA, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, the film is set to begin location shooting in Tanzania by the third week of July, with scenes expected across the Serengeti and other breathtaking landscapes before heading to South Africa. Inspired by Indiana Jones and African adventure classics, the film follows a rugged explorer who sets out on a high-stakes mission through uncharted terrain, battling nature, mystery, and a powerful enemy to uncover a long-lost secret that could change the world. Think ancient legends, wild landscapes, and edge-of-your-seat thrills. With a budget of $116 million USD (Sh 304 billion), SSMB29 is shaping up to be one of India’s most ambitious cinematic spectacles and Tanzania is taking center stage. From Serengeti to cinema screens, Tanzania is ready for its Hollywood (and Bollywood) moment.
