Cubs yet again screwed out of a run. PCA, Q and Craig were all LIVID about this missed balk (cannot step off the rubber in the windup) I don’t necessarily blame the umps for not seeing this right away, but why on Earth isn’t it reviewable?? We have to stop arbitrarily deciding which plays can and can’t be reviewed.
