Just leaving the court house where Dalton had his preliminary hearing on his misdemeanor charges in Nashville. Despite having no case or evidence, the judge Melissa blackburn made it about herself citing threats her office received after her last hearing. She then bound over the case to the grand jury , refused to Dalton take the stand or change his bond conditions. This judge needs to be removed.
